Downloading Transactions

To Download Transactions:

1. From the Menu Bar select "Accounts" then "Download Transactions".
2. Fill in the "Download Transactions" window fields and click "OK".
3. Next the OFX import window will raise and show the transactions downloaded for the selected accounts.
   ***Make sure to check the checkbox(es) in the Import column to import the transactions for the selected accounts.***
4. Select the "Import" button and you're done!

Notes:

• If you selected the "All Accounts" option in the "Download Transactions" window Account(s) pop up field, only accounts with username, password, and account ID information stored in your Apple Keychain will be able to download information.
• If you do not elect to save your user info in Apple's Keychain you will have to enter your user name, password and account ID (account number) for each account every time you want to download transactions.
