Exporting CSV Files
Exporting transactions into CSV files from SEE Finance accounts is simple just follow the steps below.
How to Export Transactions as CSV Files:
- From the program's "File" menu select "Export" then "Transactions...".
- Select the accounts you would like to export data for from the pop up button.
- Select the time frame you would like to export transactions for.
- Then select "CSV" for the "Export Data in Format" pop up button.
- Click "Export" and then select the location to save the file.
- Click "Save" and you're done!
Notes:
- If you select "All Accounts" you will have a CSV file created for each account you have.
- SEE Finance will choose to export CSV files as either comma column separated files using periods as number decimal separators or semicolon column separated files using commas as number decimal separators based on the settings in your System Preferences.
