Categories View:

1. The "1" marker is just left of the buttons used to choose between the "Payees", "Types" and "Categories" views.
2. The "2" marker shows the location of the categories table.
3. The "3" marker shows the location of the fields used to edit the selected category.
4. The "4" marker is just below the add ("+") and delete ("-") categories buttons.
5. The "5" marker is just below the add subcategory button.
6. The "6" marker is just below the merge categories button used to merge categories into another.
7. The "7" marker is just below the import and export buttons used to import or export cateogories.
